Client Satisfaction Survey Results

At LCS&Z, client satisfaction is our number one priority. To help gauge our clients’ impressions of our firm, and to identify both our strengths and areas requiring improvments, LCS&Z conducts online satisfaction surveys of our clients following various projects. Here is just some of the cumulative data we have compiled since the survey began in May 2013:

  • We have attained a 98% overall level of satisfaction from our business clients.
  • 94% of our business clients feel they receive a high level of value for the fees they pay.
  • 96% of our business clients feel that we stay on top of regulatory, legislative and other economic changes affecting their financial situations.
  • 96% of our business clients feel that we deliver innovative recommendations and deliver proactive service.
