LCS&Z Participates in 15th Annual Teal Ribbon Run

On Sunday, team members from LCS&Z ran in the 15th annual Teal Ribbon Run to benefit ovarian cancer. Maggi Royle has been involved with the race for the last 10 years, and has been in charge of organizing it for the last three. It was a little rainy in the morning, but Evan Chamberas and Sylwia Skoney both ran and had a great time. The weather cleared up, and it turned out to be a great day for the run!

The Teal Ribbon Run is coordinated by Caring Together, Inc., which is a local support group for ovarian cancer. Donations to the organization, including proceeds from this fundraiser, go towards awareness efforts and ovarian cancer research. This year’s race was able to raise over $100,000!
