William Lutz, CPA (Managing Partner) is responsible for the firm's performance at all levels including responsiveness, professional adherence and visionary direction. He is a graduate of Boston College and is a member and past director of the Northeast Chapter, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Tax Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He conducts peer reviews of other accounting firms throughout New York State and is included in the AICPA Reviewers Bank. Bill has been a partner since 1978, and has extensive experience in the construction, distribution and retail industries, professional services, estate and trusts. Bill is on the Executive Committee and is a founder of INTEGRA International Inc., a network of Chartered Accounting and CPA firms. |

Thomas F. Cichy, CPA (Administrative and Engagement Partner) is responsible for oversight of various administrative functions of the firm. Tom is a graduate of Siena College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Tax Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Tom is active in various civic organizations including Boy Scouts of America. Tom has been a partner since 1981, and has extensive experience in the construction, fabricating, processing, importing, manufacturing industries and professional services. |

Edward J. Selig, CPA (Technology and Engagement Partner) is responsible for the firm's employment of information technology. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ed is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Albany Foundation for Sports and Special Events. He performs business valuations and has served as an expert witness in civil litigation. Ed has extensive experience in the manufacturing, processing, services and construction industries. He holds an AICPA Certificate of Achievement for Business Valuation. |

William A. Zeronda, CPA (Audit and Quality Control and Engagement Partner) is responsible for the firm's audit and accounting quality control and engagement supervision. He is the partner in charge of the firm’s transportation services division. Bill is a graduate of Siena College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and currently sits on the New York State Society of CPAs Peer Review Committee and Acceptance Board. He is the past president of the Northeast Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and is the current treasurer and director of the AAA Hudson Valley. Bill has represented the Alliance of Accounting and Consulting Firms International, Inc. and its ventures with its European counterpart the Integra Group. He is active in various civic organizations and has instructed Professional Continuing Education Programs in the Capital District and participated in lecture programs for area high schools. He also conducts peer reviews of other accounting firms throughout New York State and is included in the AICPA Reviewers Bank. Bill has been a partner in LCS&Z, L.L.P. and its predecessors since 1984. |

Ralph M. DiVietro, CPA (Engagement Partner) is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He specializes in the construction, real estate and service industries. His primary focus has been with family owned and operated companies. Additionally, Ralph has taken a lead role in performing and supervising our Fortune 100 - 500 corporate readiness engagements. Ralph has published various articles in business journals and newspapers. |

Richard J. Anastasia, CPA (Engagement Partner) is a graduate of Clarkson University and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs. Rick has been with the firm and its predecessor firm since 1983. He has served on the Public Affairs Committee for the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association. Rick has published numerous articles on business and taxes and has presented seminars on tax planning, as well as small business startups and expansion. He is actively involved in the firm’s transportation services division. Rick has extensive experience in the areas of manufacturing, wholesale-retail, service, and automotive industries. |

Gregory J. Abbattisti, CPA (Engagement Partner) is a graduate of LeMoyne College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He has been with the firm and its predecessors since 1988. He has significant experience in the construction, distribution, wholesale, manufacturing and service industries. Gregory conducts audits and tax related services for various national wholesale and distribution industry clients headquartered in the South Eastern and Central United States, performs tax related services for a Fortune 100 company and its many subsidiaries, as well as providing tax and accounting services to local family owned and operated businesses. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants and is active in various civic organizations. |
